Jan Harm Smith (Director)
Jan Harm Smith graduated with an LLB degree from the University of South Africa (UNISA) in 2019. He started his articles of clerkship with Grové Attorneys under the mentorship of Braam Grové (Principal). During his articles, Jan completed a 5-year practical vocational training program while completing his LLB degree simultaneously. It was during this 5-year training that Jan was exposed to the entire spectrum of the legal industry. He was admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa in October 2020 in the South Gauteng High Court, Johannesburg and has been placed on the roll of practicing Attorneys and is a member of the Legal Practice Council. He has overall more than 6 years of experience in the legal industry, particularly in assisting a variety of clients with complex legal matters.
Christoffel Johannes Smith (Attorney)
Christoffel Johannes Smith graduated with an LLB degree from the University of South Africa (UNISA) in 2019. He started with his articles of clerkship with Piet Uys Attorneys where he gained a vast amount of experience with High Court Litigation. He later joined Wim Krynauw Attorneys in 2018 as a Candidate Legal Practitioner where he was exposed to mainly High Court litigation in multi-level areas of the law where he later focused on law of delict and personal injury matters against the Road Accident Fund, Medical Negligence claims against the State and private institutions. He was admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa in January 2023 and he has over 8 years experience in the legal field.
